In this review, I’m going to talk about the Divi Theme; A WordPress Page Builder created by Elegant Themes.
From 2015 to 2021, the WordPress Theme became so popular across the globe that it gained loads of users and positive reviews! Gaining over 2.8 Million+ site owners using the Divi Theme.
People with no coding skills and web designers have benefited from this Page Builder creating websites they love with ease.
However, is this Divi Theme worth your time? Is it worth investing in? And is it right for your business?…
If you’re not sure; Let’s dive in and see what this WordPress page builder has to offer!
What is Divi?
Divi is the most POWERFUL WordPress Theme you could ever have to build your website! It not only has HUNDREDS of layouts and website packs; It has loads of cool features to help you build your website!
The Divi Page Builder has easy-to-use design elements like blurbs, bar counters, call-to-actions, contact forms, email opt-ins, sliders, pricing tables, and LOADS MORE!…
In addition, you can buy child themes, extensions, and layouts for your website from the Elegant Themes Third-Party Marketplace for $5-$20.
Hence the Divi Page Builder Plugin can also be used for any WordPress Theme or the Divi Theme which uses the Page Builder.
My Experience With The Divi Page Builder
I have been using the Divi Page Builder since 2014. When I started using the Page Builder, it was intimidating at first. But after learning and practicing for a while, I got the hang of it and started having so much fun building websites with it!
From 2014 to 2021 of building awesome websites with the Divi Theme, I’m proud to say that the Divi Page Builder is my go-to tool for website creation!
When it came to using code, I didn’t need it as much because everything’s there. Without the Divi Page Builder, I would use CSS to add shadows, animations, hover effects, etc.
Although with the Divi Page Builder, it would only take a few clicks and be DONE!
If you wanted to add a shadow using the Divi Page Builder, you can navigate to the shadow settings in the module, then maybe change the color if you like, and finally make the shadow look better by changing a few values.
See how easy it is to stylize your design elements? Not so hard!
Divi futhermore, lets you choose to build your websites from the back-end or the front-end. With most of my websites, I’ve always created them visually – the “front-end” as it is easy to see what I’m doing.
Making changes has never been this easy!
In addition, the Divi Page Builder has another feature that makes your websites compatible with other devices. Unlike other page builders out there, you wouldn’t get any settings to make your website compatible with other devices.
How Much Does Divi Cost?
Purchasing the Divi Theme or the Divi Page Builder Plugin will cost you $89 a year! However, if you have enough budget for the lifetime license, it’ll cost you $249.
Once you’re an Elegant Themes customer, you will be able to create API keys to get automatic updates right inside your WordPress Dashboard. In addition, you are free to use the same API key on multiple websites!
However, if you unsubscribe from the yearly license while you have the Divi Theme or the Divi Page Builder Plugin, you’ll be left with the last version of Divi and still be able to use the Page Builder.
In the same manner, you won’t receive any updates or newsletters from Elegant Themes after unsubscribing from the yearly license.
Divi’s Documentation
After installing Divi, I highly recommend you visit the Divi Documentation Page to learn more about importing & exporting websites and learning about the back-end! While you’re there, you’ll find lots of tutorials and articles on how to use the Divi Theme.
Divi’s Support Team
As mentioned on their Live Chat System, they would usually reply to you in a few hours. But really, they respond within MINUTES and get on to helping you fix your problem and/or answering your questions.
So if you encounter any problems or have any questions, feel free to send them a message!
The Tools You Get With The Divi Theme
When you get Divi, you’ll have access to 2 Plugins and 1 Theme:
• Bloom
• Monarch
• Extra Theme
Bloom is an email opt-in and lead generation plugin. Accompanied by this plugin, you can create automatic opt-in pop-ups, automatic opt-in fly-ins, in-line opt-in forms, and MUCH MORE!…

Monarch is a social media sharing plugin that adds “share post” call-to-actions on different parts of your site. So people can share your blogs on any social platform from your website!

(Considering these 2 Plugins, you can install them on any WordPress website. Even for sites that don’t use Divi.)
Another tool you get access to is Extra. It’s a Magazine Theme useful for blogs and news publications!
Extra is built using the Divi Page Builder. So when you create a blog, you get the same look and feel as the Divi Page Builder.

Conclusion
Now that I pointed out what Divi is, how much it cost, and what it has in store for you. This Page Builder will save you lots of time creating your websites with little to no coding! If you found this blog helpful, please share this with your family & friends and spread the word!
